  Today dumb n dumber were making sandwiches. First time having such bad service we walked out. Party of 7 went to Whataburger instead.

  I ordered 2 6inch subs for both my son & I. As I ate it I could taste onion in it & there wasn't onion in it. I did however notice that the girl who put the greens in it didn't change out her gloves. I called to complain to management & she wouldn't take responsibility for her employees wrong doing. I've never been to a Subway where the employees don't change the gloves before making the next sub. That's the only explanation I would have for tasting onion in a sub that should've only had lettuce tomato cucumber & pickles. I didn't enjoy my food & the easy fix to throw off the extras put in it made my sub something I could've easily & readily made @ home. This establishment needs better management & better employees who know to change out their gloves as to not contaminate the next customers food. Manager sucked and really shouldn't deal with customers since she had poor customer service. Any other place would willingly offer a solution to the issue & not say the customer was wrong. After all they didn't taste the damn food. Waste of time & money!
