I really tried to be patient with this place because it’s really the only thing nearby but my sandwiches are always mashed up or not toasted and then they kind of just give you whatever they say that’s all we have today I ordered six chocolate chip cookies fresh along with a sandwich and chips I come and they give me four chocolate chip and two double chocolate all they did was warm them up said they didn’t have permission to make them fresh Cannot refund me because they’re not allowed to. They wouldn’t give me the manager‘s name but if I wanted the manager could make me a fresh set tomorrow this is disappointing. I order often from here number one. I love to support. Also it’s the only thing nearby just very disappointing. One dude is usually pretty cool there but today it just kind of did it for me they kind of just told me I have to take what they give me not basically what I ordered.

This two lil boys in the store told me they can’t give me Italian her and cheese bread because it’s only for online orders. When I’m a walk in customer !

Female manager CURSES at me in front of customers while her bearded employee backed her boss when CLEARLY HE IS NOT MANAGEMENT. She was not professional nor empathetic to my theft of her company. NEVER eating at that location, uninstalling m the subway app AND NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM AMY SUBWAY.
If I could give negative stars, I would! My fiancée has been trying to get a refund (approximately $40.00) for an order (4/5) he never received via door dash. He went in Monday (4/6) and the person working was super nice & understanding, told him he’d get it within 48 hours, 4 days later, nothing. He went today (4/9) to speak with a manager who was completely rude and was berating him in front of customers as he was trying to explain the situation. Basically told him he’s not getting a refund. When asking for someone higher, another manager or owner, they wouldn’t give him the info. I called twice and the lady who spoke broken English (no I’m not judging or being racial, it was just hard to understand her) told me not to call back b/c I was a scammer, then hung up. I called back again and I asked for a manager, she said no, then they’re not there, the no I can’t talk to anyone. Trying to explain again that I’m just wanting to discuss the refund status, she again cut me off, laughed and told me no I cannot speak with anyone. Extremely uncalled for and SO unprofessional. Never ever again will we order from this store.

Thank you Caleb, for your kind service! I walked in and immediately saw a very clean store! The gentleman behind the counter greeted me and was very kind. The food and veggies were kept neat and tidy. Food was fresh and I'm very pleased with my visit. I am the kind of person that will go to another location further away because the one closer to me is nasty, this is what led me to this location today. The location I went to yesterday was not clean and I did not want to return so I came to this one. I'm very shocked that this store has a low rating. Again, thank you to Caleb for the kind service and I will return.
