I’ve tried calling multiple times to let them know that the order was placed at the wrong store. I’m currently on the train nowhere near their location. No one is answering the phone and the website is not even working. I’ve sat on the phone for multiple minutes at a time each call waiting for somebody to answer I get if somebody’s busy. But from what it sounds and looks like from the reviews and I’ve been there in person before there’s nobody in there. Very frustrating.
Only go here because it’s close to my work but everything about this store is abhorrent. Multiple times I have come and they are out of one or more dressing. The staff is nice but inattentive usually taking at least 5 minutes to help customers. Can not recommend this place.

Worst Subway ever. The employee was playing his rap music really loud and didn’t seem to understand that it was very bothersome to costumers. Also, he got my bread and meat wrong on my to-go order. I usually don’t order online but for some reason I decided to trust THIS Subway. It took them forever to get my order done. About 3 months ago I came to this one as well and the lady that was serving me decided it was OK to take her sweet time. They didn’t have shredded mozzarella so she used fresh mozzarella, which was fine, but she used so much of it I almost threw up afterwards. Please don’t come to this Subway. It’s disgusting.

I've been calling in last 3 weeks to speak to manager is no Mandarin the job what kind of business is that.
this place need to close down Do not go there waste your Money
