Three stars not for food or customer service but because I feel bad for the employees especially on the mid day to evening shift. Imagine getting orders on orders in store and online and being the only one working, prep, stocking, customer service, and fulfillment of the orders. It’s stressful, it’s something that management can fix but won’t because “metrics” matter, and at that point, it simply feels that management doesn’t care, I love this subway personally, my food is always fresh, done exactly how I want it, and everyone remembers my name which is nice. But seeing them struggle, isn’t right, I don’t know them personally, I can’t vouch for what they go through in a day, but when they are working for their check at the end of the day, it doesn’t mean make them struggle, they work there for their money and yours, so it’s time to do better and do right by those that bring the money in for you at the end of the day. So again, management, lend a helping hand and don’t focus on the “metrics” for once and do right by your employees by giving them the help they need.
