  Been in here twice recently, within the past week actually. And the manager, Richard is awful. Last week when we came in, it was pretty busy. He saw how busy the workers were, and there was a long line, but he just walked back into the back area and didn't bother to help out. There was also someone waiting to pick up an online order. Food was there, and he looked at the customer, ignored him and kept walking. He later came out to help, and both he and his employees also are not putting on new gloves after they answer the phone, use the register and the oven. Today, I stopped by to pick up some lunch for my daughter, and Richard, the manager was busy making four sandwiches. His other two employees were in the front, but not with customers. Not one of them acknowledged me. He saw me, put his head down and kept working on the sandwiches. A "will be with you in a moment", would have been nice to hear, or telling one of his employees to come help me with my order would have been nice also. I waited for awhile, but then saw a couple flies flying around the meat area, so I left. Richard needs some training on how to be a manager.

  i went in a couple nights ago to pick up and the entire store reeked of weed and sure wtv, but it’s made my car smell for 2 days. been driving with the widows down, leaving the widows down when i’m at home, leaving the circulating setting in my car going, etc. i ate at home and the drive is only 10 minutes. it’s made me worried bc then i can be freshly cleaned but get in my car and i might smell like weed. like i can’t go in my job smelling like that. can y’all at least do edibles or smt like come on it smells cheap too.

  Came in today and the young kind girl issis with glasses was alone until she got swamped that’s when Richard the manager who is supposed to show how to deal with rush hour correctly decided to make faces at her and make sandwiches with the worst attitude the entire time I’ve worked at jjs and if my coworker was that backed up at the end of the line I would stop taking orders and help that person catch up not for them but for both of us Bless that little girl under pressure and dealing with ugly looks and attitude from Richard she managed to continue having a calm collective attitude the entire time . Richard being mad made my sandwich wrong unfortunately.
