  They did not put my meat, they barely put any veggies and left out most of the ones I asked for. And put the wrong sauce. The photo here is their idea of lettuce and spinach. One wilted spinach leaf and one sprig of lettuce and one slice of red onion. I highly believe this is because I didn't tip. Because the guy had a snarky comment when I showed up too. This is absolutely crap.

  I stop only because my son want Subway But…..Ugly customer service And ….the worker have very dirty tshirt I told my son he better never stop on this location never again.

  Never had any problems here besides today. I usually get the protien wrap with whatever I want in or substitute. This time they said I couldn't. Not sure if its true or other places don't mind. Also when I unwrapped it it was messy.

  ​𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 "𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐭" – 𝟑𝟎𝟎% 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐮𝐩 ​As a former Deli Lead with 15 years of experience, I know exactly what proper portioning looks like. For the second time in a row, a location has charged me a premium for an "Extra Meat" upgrade while failing to provide even the standard base portion. ​𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞: ​𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐯𝐬. 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚: A Footlong Roast Beef should have 5 oz of meat. With the $1.50 extra meat upgrade, it should be 7.5 oz. ​𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝: My half-sub (I was starving and ate the first half already) weighed 1.07 oz on a digital scale. Total sandwich: 2.14 oz. I mean really guys? ​𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭: I was shorted over 5 ounces of meat—receiving only 28% of the paid protein. ​𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞: Based on the value of the product actually delivered, I was effectively overcharged by 300%. I thought maybe it was a fluke.... But it seems to be systemic. I'm disappointed and I am reluctant to go back into any Subway again. ​𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭: I am currently in recovery and have 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 for high protein. This isn't just a "light" sandwich; it's a failure to provide the nutrients I am medically relying on and paying a premium for. I am now forced to supplement with expensive protein shakes because the store failed to deliver the value I paid for. ​𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞. They are charging for upgrades but serving significantly less than a standard base portion. This is a systemic failure and an unacceptable financial burden on the customer. We should get what we pay for.
