    They did not put my meat, they barely put any veggies and left out most of the ones I asked for. And put the wrong sauce. The photo here is their idea of lettuce and spinach. One wilted spinach leaf and one sprig of lettuce and one slice of red onion. I highly believe this is because I didn't tip. Because the guy had a snarky comment when I showed up too. This is absolutely crap.

    I stop only because my son want Subway Butโ€ฆ..Ugly customer service And โ€ฆ.the worker have very dirty tshirt I told my son he better never stop on this location never again.

    Never had any problems here besides today. I usually get the protien wrap with whatever I want in or substitute. This time they said I couldn't. Not sure if its true or other places don't mind. Also when I unwrapped it it was messy.

For the second time in a row, a location has charged me a premium for an "Extra Meat" upgrade while failing to provide even the standard base portion. โ€‹๐“๐ก๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ญ๐ก ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ญ-๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž: โ€‹๐’๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฌ. ๐„๐ฑ๐ญ๐ซ๐š: A Footlong Roast Beef should have 5 oz of meat. With the $1.50 extra meat upgrade, it should be 7.5 oz. โ€‹๐€๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐‘๐ž๐œ๐ž๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐: My half-sub (I was starving and ate the first half already) weighed 1.07 oz on a digital scale. Total sandwich: 2.14 oz. I mean really guys? โ€‹๐“๐ก๐ž ๐ƒ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ญ: I was shorted over 5 ounces of meatโ€”receiving only 28% of the paid protein. โ€‹๐“๐ก๐ž ๐Ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ž: Based on the value of the product actually delivered, I was effectively overcharged by 300%. I thought maybe it was a fluke.... But it seems to be systemic. I'm disappointed and I am reluctant to go back into any Subway again. โ€‹๐“๐ก๐ž ๐ˆ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ญ: I am currently in recovery and have ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ ๐ฆ๐ž๐๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐ซ๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ for high protein. This isn't just a "light" sandwich; it's a failure to provide the nutrients I am medically relying on and paying a premium for. I am now forced to supplement with expensive protein shakes because the store failed to deliver the value I paid for. โ€‹๐•๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐š๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ž. They are charging for upgrades but serving significantly less than a standard base portion. This is a systemic failure and an unacceptable financial burden on the customer. We should get what we pay for.
