  First time eating here. Cleveland really took care of us, great customer service, and very attentive. It's hard to find people that work hard like that.

  The heavy set boy working on 4/26/2026 around 1 had a rude attitude. We waited awhile at the counter for him to come out and when he did he was dragging his feet. I don’t expect him to be skipping with a smile but do your job. Then he is slamming ingredients and throwing the sandwich together like we offended him. Then he is just staring at my partner and I with a hostile look and mumbling incoherently under his breath. He would continue try to make intimidating stares to us and other customers that started to appear. I don’t know who peed is his cereal this morning but clearly making sandwiches was too difficult of a task for him.

  All 3 times I've been here, the food has tasted old and the soda machine always pours flat soda. The employees always look pissed off and Ive been short changed as well. Wouldn't recommend 😕

  Shoutout to J at Subway! He had great customer service; super patient, quick, and friendly. It wasn’t too busy, but he still made everything smoothly and efficiently.
