  The worker with the piercings under his eyes on top of nose who was fixing my sandwich came in and had DOG OR CAT HAIR all over his shirt it’s like he had been playing with his pet before coming into work ! Every time he leaned over my sandwich I wanted to scream ! & than while they are wiating for ur sandwich to toast in the oven they touch all over the register and go all to the back come back and rub all over the counter it’s just gross !

  Customers have to wait in queue for refills to be made...Manager should ensure meals are available at all times. Customer service was great...though they don't smile.

  Very clean and super staff. It was so busy but they handled the rush like pros. Will be back at lunch for sure.
