  The kid today was polite, yet introverted. We ordered from here for the first time (finally the app has been upgraded and works). We got an extra meat ball sandwich so we’re not complaining, but my child did have to wait another hour for their correct sandwich (turkey). The meat balls were smaller compared to a sandwich we ordered another location yesterday. (Yes, we had subway two days in a row because I wanted to and I’m studying for my Masters and have homework- no time to cook). My husband’s meat balls were falling out of the sandwich yesterday because they were normal-sized meat balls. These meat balls today were tiny. (Different brand)? This place needs room for improvement, it seems, according to the past reviews below me. This is the neighborhood subway and people don’t want to drive any other route to get to a farther Subway, so hopefully we see reviews improve by substantial consumer profiles.

  Didn’t have a drink offered in store or the substitute I asked for. Didn’t have sun chips either. Why have things listed on your menu if you can’t supply them especially if you’re always empty?

  The best Subway sandwich you guys stop being mean to Subway. They tried the best, especially some stores close. Sometimes please put five stars in the sandwich. I understand you can get your sandwich but you can get a sandwich. You can make your own super easy. Just go. Just go to the nearest H-E-B and I’ll get get bread and made some of your favorite toppings and boom. Do please do put one star. I will repeat please, then. Apple, one stars. I wanna grab my bike on the Subway. Cause I made the one. But I need one

  I would give 5 stars for the amazing service I receive at this location, but I cannot. The AC is out on that side of the building and the very young man working is fighting for his life. It was so hot I had sweat running down my face while standing in line. He is baking and hustling with the rush hour crowd without a single complaint. He said they gave him a fan and it is a pathetic excuse for a fan. The kids they hire at this location are always superb humans and it is unacceptable to subject them to horrible working conditions. I’ll change my review when there’s AC back in the store.
