They had two people but only one helping customers, ended up leaving because was in line for 20 minutes
June 9th 2026 at about 1:30pm, the young girl with black hair and tattoos really doesn't like her job.
I should have left when I noticed she never greeted us or smiled. She proceed to rush us through our order, mind you there was no line behind us when we began our order. We got the meal of the day Tuna sandwich and she proceeded to put the smallest amount of tuna on the bread. The amount was so small that when she put the two slices of cheese on top you couldn't even see the tuna underneath.
I brought it to her attention and asked her to put more tuna on the sandwich. She instantly caught an attitude saying its Subway policy and if I wanted to spend .75cents more she would add more tuna. I told her to look at the sandwich she made and the advertised picture, it was no where near what it should look like. She got even more upset saying that she wasn't going to argue with me but then proceeds to argue with me by saying its not her problem, its a Subway problem. I reminded her that she works for Subway so it is her problem too.
She then said "I am not dealing with this today. You can leave" and threw the two sandwiches that had already been toasted in the trash. I left promising to contact corporate.
So we went down the road less than 4minutes away to the 7-eleven off Fisher road. We were instantly greeted with a smile, the lady patiently took our order, and responded with "Yes ma'am". I tipped her for her wonderful service. As we were leaving she offered us a free cookie.
NOW that's someone who likes being employed. Save yourself the unnecessary drama and skip this location the low rating is not an exaggeration. Head down south to the one off I-35 and Fisher road. I just left that store a 5 star review.
Oh I forget to mention the happy flies landing all on the meats and vegetables. At least something was happy in that store.

OMG! Today's stop for lunch was horrible!
We weren't greeted. The woman, named Bertha, who was taking our order was RUDE and very unprofessional. When we asked about the day's special, she rolled her eyes and raised her voice. She was only making the sandwich exactly as in the picture, no exceptions. No adding, no taking out anything. She mishandled the lunch meat, angrily tossing unused meat back into it's bin.
When she was finally asked why she was acting that way with us, she threatened to call the police. We were kind, tried to be considerate that she was having a bad day, but that was enough.
Even other customers called her out on her rude behavior and how she was handling the food. Even the girl working with her was trying to keep her distance by helping the next person in line.
Bertha"s rude attitude and total lack of any sort costumer service, ruined our lunch.
In case Bertha isn't her real name, we were there May 1st at 1 pm. She was the short, dark skinned, chubby, Hispanic woman.

There was a mosquito in my bread I tried calling 2 no one answered,they weren’t busy.
This was the worse subway I have ever been to, I’ll never buy subway again, first I waited and waited and patiently waited, it was not too busy for being 12 pm , 5 people were ahead of me one person working at the front and two employees in the back doing nothing, I could see what they were doing nothing, so when it was my time to order the subway employee ignored me and the white woman that walked up behind me, the employee started helping her first, the customer that was white said aren’t you going to help this lady first and the employee said someone else can help her, this employee had already asked me what I wanted put cheese on the bread and that when the white woman walked up she totally ignored me so the other employee started helping me and they did nothing put any mayo or mustard on my sandwich I asked for tea both tea containers were empty, so, it’s lunch time and the employee said no tea and we’re not making any either,
I asked what the name of the subway employee that would not help me her name is Bertha and she was racist and discriminated against me as an elderly brown skin woman that looks Mexican and indigenous, it’s very sad because she is dark skin also , but she wanted to treat me like I was a bad person, I was still nice after experiencing this horrible time here, it was my first time , I’m from Dallas and visiting my grandmothers gravesite in Pleasanton Texas and I never thought that people would treat me like this in this area where I was born but I’ve never lived in Pleasanton Texas , people like yall make subway look horrible
