  Workers were rude. I thought I heard them ask me, “toasted,” which I responded to as yes. And then says no toasted, and I corrected her. And she starts talking loudly to coworkers about how customers can’t answer simple questions. Extremely rude, and letting her emotions take over.

  Do better with how you treat the military and civilians. Every one of you have a nasty attitude and also don’t give the right portions because you don’t want to go to the back and bring out more ingredients. I will be contacting the GM on Lackland soon to start with. Close it down until you get the right workers.

  Food is cheap and convenient although the staff could use some work. First off they are in dire need of workers because there’s constantly a 30+ min wait and a worker by the name of “AK” has been rude/disrespectful upon multiple occasions.

  I'm not sure of the specific reasons but the staff was extraordinarily rude today after numerous visits without incident. I'm not one to leave reviews normally but it felt as if some sort of repercussion should be made for how they treated me.
