  The short older Hispanic lady and the heavy set white guy always seem so lazy and have attitude problems the younger Hispanic lady is kind but most of the employees here are so rude it’s crazy I just stopped coming here

  Workers were rude. I thought I heard them ask me, “toasted,” which I responded to as yes. And then says no toasted, and I corrected her. And she starts talking loudly to coworkers about how customers can’t answer simple questions. Extremely rude, and letting her emotions take over.

  Do better with how you treat the military and civilians. Every one of you have a nasty attitude and also don’t give the right portions because you don’t want to go to the back and bring out more ingredients. I will be contacting the GM on Lackland soon to start with. Close it down until you get the right workers.

  There is an employee whose manner is impolite and disrespectful. I hope that those in charge will deal with her.
