  I placed and online order through the app on 6/28, I go to pick up in store and the kid at the counter tells me they can’t find my online order even though I’m showing him my confirmation order and receipt but still there’s nothing they can do and tell me I’ll have to reorder in store and pay AGAIN. I asked for a refund and the kid working tells me he can’t process one and that I’ll have to wait for his manager to come in tomorrow. I come in the next day on 6/29, spot the manager and tell him the situation. HE THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME, that my online order came in later that day, and still even with them knowing that I came in earlier that day to pick it up, they still remade the sandwiches so he couldn’t give me a refund because of that, I then ask if I can at least get reimbursed and get those sandwiches remade and again he tells me no?? Because they were already remade the day prior? $45 dollars down the drain. Do not ever go here ever.

  No restrooms for costumers arguing both of them are out of service but still operating with regular hours costumers inside and workers

  Great service from the two men working when I went today around 5. Customer service on 10, super kind and very sanitary :) proper glove use is highly appreciated
