Gotta give a shout out to Julian! He was on point in making my subway sandwich. Very friendly and professional! He knows how to take care of his customers! Awesome experience, keep up the good work!
YIKES!!! This location is definitely not the best it sincerely can do better and needs attention 100%, chips i picked are stale, cookies I bought are hard like they’ve been sitting in the case for a while, the employee was obviously overstimulated by just seeing 3 people in line so with that she needs help and can’t handle being alone! I requested my sandwiches to be toasted, I do recall her placing them in the machine but either the machine is broken or she might have forgot to start the toaster because once I open my sandwich the deli was cold, cheese was not melted and the bread was still squishy from not being toasted.

The facility is always clean, the employees are polite, professional & proficient. The food is consistently good & I get at least 1 sub every week.

Did a online order and I got the wrong sandwich tried calling cause another worker said I can get a replacement and I called to see if I can go by and the guy that answered said he can’t help me and hung up on me very rude .
Rude and zero customer service! They wouldn’t even honor a birthday reward and did explain why! What’s the point of giving rewards. Disgusting and pathetic location to say the least !
