Walked up at 9: 45, the man in there just said they're closed they're supposed to be open at 9:00, this is bad for business in a huge inconvenience

Came here for a to go order and was helped by a lovely gentleman named William. He was by himself and even though the line was a little long he seemed very positive, fast and not overwhelmed. He was very polite to all the customers and the dining area was very clean. William is the reason I would come back to this location, him and his great attitude. Keep up the great work William!
