  If you want to come and get your sandwich made by someone who is clearly strung out or high on dope and has a cigarette hanging off his ear, then you should come to this subway.

  Ordered for the express pickup. No one greeted. I had to wait for my sandwich that was sitting there because nobody asked me if I was there for pickup

  Ordered my food with the app for pick up, get to the location and go over to the express line part by the register. There was maybe 6 people in line and the gentleman at the register not once asked if I was there for pick up. He continually kept ringer up other customers and making sandwiches for 4 more other people before a lady came out and asked i if I was there for pick up. Wasted a portion of my lunch time waiting and watching other people get their food while my order sat on the counter for 10 minutes. Horrible service 😑

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location today. The staff member serving me, Jose (Tag D13), was rude and dismissive throughout my order. When I requested a second order, he spoke to me harshly and said I should have mentioned it earlier. When I asked him to make the second sandwich the same way as the first, he argued and insisted he didn’t remember, instead of simply asking politely. I requested to speak with a manager, but he claimed he was the only one there. This is unacceptable customer service, and I hope management addresses this behavior. I will not be returning to this location.

  This Subway restaurant is close to home; however, no matter what side of town we are running errands, we always eat at this subway. The staff is always friendly and courteous! And the sandwiches are delicious!
