Most of the staff here seem more interested in wasting their day than providing appropriate service to customers. The atmosphere is terrible—mud, dirt, trash, and food waste are all over the tables and floors.
In the end, I ordered a half chicken and half steak, but that fluffy guy with a hearing aid charged me for extra steak and extra chicken, lol. Not a big deal, but this is way below both Subway and basic service standards, don’t you think?

I hate to leave a bad review because I come to this Subway all the time, but my experiences lately have been really frustrating. I always order the same thing a BMT with extra pepperoni and a side of broccoli cheddar soup so I know exactly what to expect. There’s one specific worker who consistently makes my visits unpleasant. Every time I ask for soup, he tells me they’re “out,” even though I can clearly see the soup sitting right behind him. It feels like he just doesn’t want to serve it, which is honestly annoying. On top of that, when I ask for extra pepperoni, he literally adds ONE extra slice… like that’s not what “extra” means at all. It feels lazy and kind of like he doesn’t care. He also always has an earbud in while working, and it clearly affects his attention. He never hears me the first time, so I always have to repeat myself, which just makes the whole interaction awkward and frustrating. I’ve never had issues with the other employees, just him. I don’t know his name, but he’s the only one who consistently wears an earbud on the clock. I really hope management addresses this because it’s starting to ruin what used to be my go to spot.
