    Best subway in the City. You will leave with the best sandwiches, made to perfection along with plenty of smiles and laughs. Amazing customer service!!!

    The only reason I’m giving the store five stars for service is because of Phil He was the only young man working tonight for some reason they don’t schedule more than one employee at a time I ordered online and waited until I received the notification that it was ready and still waited in additional 15 minutes overall I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for one sandwich because the poor loan employee was having to handle not only all of the in restaurant customers, but all the online orders as well. He had such a positive attitude and was incredibly apologetic about it luckily Kept him from getting yelled at by any angry customers which I was so worried about You could tell he was doing his best and going as quickly as possible, but there’s only so much one person can do on their own with not only in restaurant customers but online orders as well. My suggestions would definitely be to keep Phil maybe give him an increase in pay for his incredible attitude and customer service but most of all keep minimum two employees on staff at all time and if you’re slow, then let them go home but by doing this, you’re gonna lose customers incredibly fast

    Strange experience to say the least . Quiet workers not necessarily stand offish just quiet and strange. Tuna was gone she scrapped the edges and used whatever was there same with the cheddar cheese and still got charged for extra cheese even tho there wasn’t even enough to put extra. Idk I don’t go to subway often and when i do it isn’t usually like that 🤷

    First off, server was unfriendly. While ordering, my son had an issue at the restroom so I quickly went to help him and ran back to finish my order. She had already wrapped up my sandwiches ready to check me out. No one else was in line so she could have waited to see if I needed anything else in the sandwich. When we got our order the bread was so dry it was crumbling, we couldn’t even eat half our sandwiches. The bread had to be over a week old for it to be so dry that it was falling apart. Please go through your aging bread and throw them out.
