    i think one of the employees has mental health issues. walked out after hearing him yell profanity’s and the food did not look well kept

    My wife and I come to this location 3/4 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday, sometimes Friday) for lunch. The two ladies who greet us every week are absolutely amazing. They’re the reason we keep coming back! Friendly, very attentive to orders and amazing with their customers. Thanks for making our food and lunch so wonderful Nayeli & Britnie! Y’all are the BEST!

    0 stars - gone downhill. I manage a business down the road and would always come here. It was great a year ago, but has since declined. I went in today, kid was working on an order. It took him 20 minutes to finish 1 person’s order, meanwhile a customer that had been waiting before me walked out, so I assumed she had been waiting longer. He got to me, didn’t really greet me or anything, so I told him my order - he was out of stock. Asked him for something more common, he started coughing and sniffling and went to the back, so I walked out. We’re talking coughing and sniffling over all the open food - nah I’m good. He’s going to single-handedly lose this place it’s customer base - shame on the management for not being aware of the culture in the store and allowing this type of behavior (you can tell by all the recent reviews that this isn’t a one-off). Not welcoming, not aware, and not somewhere I will come back to.

    If I could give a 0/5 stars I would. I work at Jersey Mike’s and just decided to try something different for the day, went in not knowing what to get or the different breads they had. And asked the young man, and he replied okay. Than I was just looking at the menu than about 20 seconds later told him I started telling him what I wanted, than he just replied ugly telling me he was doing a online order and told me to wait my turn even when there was no one in the store. Then I immediately walked out. Terrible service, never seen anything like it. Don’t waste your time at this subway location.
