The associate should wear name tags. When orders are made incorrectly and the customer is unhappy, the associate should always have a supervisor present to assist in resolving the issue. For instance, I requested that my sandwich be remade because it was incorrect. The associate refused, stating that it was beyond his pay grade. Consequently, he refused to remake the sandwich and asked me to leave the store. He refused to provide me with his name and instructed me to contact the store in the morning. Unfortunately, the store’s phone is not answered. I would not recommend this location.

Great food, my latest is the chicken salad bowl which I can customize and I like all the fresh ingredients and rossitere chicken warmed up. The staff is always helpful, quick and efficient!!

The lady working here disrespected me because she tought I was working on Uber Eats and I I was waiting for and order LOL I was just waiting for my personal mobile order but idk why she trying to disrespect if I’m and Uber Eats driver or no she feels above and Uber Eats driver?

This was my second time coming to eat here within the past few days; I was served by the same gentleman both times. I wanted to go at least more than once to make sure I got a better sense of the place. Atmosphere: ⭐️

First, the atmosphere. As the pictures show, it was completely dead; a ghost town. While next door was booming. Both times was the store dead, but today worse. This was in the evening.
I have mixed feelings about the gentleman who served me. On the one hand, he didn’t mess up my order nor was rude. On the other, he’s so unenthusiastic & listless.
Sure, he didn’t charge me for a few dollars for upgrading to the meal last time. And if I thought it was just because he was being nice, I probably wouldn’t have mentioned it. But after observing his behavior again today, I think last time was just pure incompetence. He even looked high last time, though I can’t say for sure.
One more thing, today when I walked in he was visibly on his phone watching a video. And while he did attend to me right away, he left one earbud in. Which is probably why he thought I wanted Chicken when I said Turkey, though I corrected him before he made the mistake. Now his cleanliness was good, changing the gloves when need be on both occasions. However, why both times there was no paper towels in the restroom??
All this being said, the food was great!
I got a footlong meal both times and have no complaints with the sandwich. I really wanted to give this place 3 stars, at least. But the absentminded employee and dead atmosphere pushed me over the edge.
Eli was AMAZING and so kind! He made my sons order so good EXACTLY how I placed it online today around 4:10.
However I’m super displeased with the heavy set looking female manager that got mad at the employee for doing his job then tried to correct me on my order. I order 2 kids meals with Italian cheese herb bread for my son and the manager claimed “it’s actually supposed to be 3 inches for the kids sub and you’re not supposed to have that bread. Only mini subs are 4 inches not kids subs” The employee Eli looked awkward however I made clear “I placed my order online for two KIDS MEALS with the cheese bread” and the manager kept insisting it was wrong. Then what seemed to be the franchise owner/hispanic woman said “it’s the same thing” but the manager still tried to say no going back and forth.
I had such a nice conversation with Eli thanking him for my order that got cut off by the heavy set female manager. My son’s food was amazing but I won’t be coming back to this location just because of that interaction.
