I waited until a few years after I worked here at this location to write this review. I hope it has changed since then, but if not - beware.
The vegetables were truly cut fresh and look delicious, but when the due date on the stickers on the cambro storage dishes would go out of date, we were told to wash them off and replace them with a new date rather than throw them out.
I was yelled at for taking the temperatures of all the foods required in the inspection paperwork. I was told just to "fudge the numbers" instead to numbers that were within inspection guidelines.
I was forced to work with bronchitis once, as there were not enough employees to cover my shift when I called in.
I was forced to work the closing shift alone, on St. Patrick's day, next to a bar. I actually worked the closing shift alone a number of times, and it wasn't much fun when men would tell you that they knew.
I was yelled at for being too detailed in my sweeping - it was a "waste of time" ... dirt and food piled up around the bottoms of tables weren't a priority.
I was also forced to finish out my shift when I got 2nd degree burns from a bread pan. I was basically told to "rub ice on it" and keep working. Hopefully that manager is gone by now.
On the plus side, most of the workers (non-manager) were the nicest people ever. Also, overall the food was usually delicious, even if not all inspection guidelines were met 100%.
