    When I walked in, the worker looked at me, turned around, and grabbed paper towels and started cleaning the top glass that covered the food and veggies. After cleaning the top glass, he grabbed more paper towels and started cleaning underneath. He's doing all this without acknowledging or saying a word to me. I interject and asked do you see me standing here. His response was I'm cleaning up first. I told him ignoring customers is rude and unprofessional. He responded with my bad and finished whipping underneath the glass. He walked away and his co-worker came from behind and helped me. Today was my first day back from a deployment and I was uniform. It really disappointed me to receive that type of treatment.

    Hi @Subway, is it a new policy that local stores can refuse in-person orders if they are "too busy" with online ones? I’ve been turned away from this location multiple times now. The previous staff was great, but the current management is literally refusing to serve walk-in neighbors. This isn't the "Eat Fresh" experience I’m used to. This is all due to always being backed up with on-line orders. Is cooperate aware of this? This location last year was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Management needs to figure out a way to balance both on-line and in-person orders. It’s a shame us locals who live near by can not just simply walk in and order. Do better!

    They should hire people who actually want to do their jobs. It feels awful having to deal with bad employee attitudes. I'm spending my money, not asking for anything for free.

    If I could 0 stars I would. This place is a joke NO items for the sandwiches and the excuse is that the other shift didn't prep. I waited 30 mins. After I placed an online order 30 mins prior so going in after my order said it was ready for pick up to sit there 30 mins and my order only being made because I asked if anyone else was working. The only word that comes to mind is TRAINING and we're is a MANAGER
