    Terrible service overall. The first employee was fine, but the second employee working the vegetable station had headphones in the entire time. While that's unusual, I wouldn't have minded if it hadn't affected the service. There were only two customers in line, and the first employee was already helping them, but the second employee seemed unable to hear me properly. The vegetables were thrown onto the sandwich haphazardly, with some falling off the bread. I asked for extra mayo and only got a single line, so I had to ask again. Then I requested honey mustard, but he grabbed regular mustard and put a huge amount on the sandwich. When I pointed out that I had asked for honey mustard, he gave me a look that showed no concern. I told him it was fine and repeated my request. He simply shrugged and added some honey mustard on top. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the mistake, and no effort to remove any of the excess mustard. The rest of the sandwich was assembled carelessly, and I wasn't given any napkins. As a result, mustard ended up everywhere, and I had to ask for the bathroom key just to clean up. Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor customer service and little attention to customer requests.

    Walked into the establishment nobody greeted us. We walked up to the counter. Person didn’t say hello or anything just looked at us and they expected us to give him an answer. The girl making our sandwich was rude also and the bread was fallen apart. Stale would not recommend this location at all. And then when we left, nobody said goodbye, thank you, nothing!!!

    The lady with all the tattoos behind the counter was very rude. In the 35 minutes I was at the restaurant she had two altercations with two separate customers, one told her she was rude and didn’t need to speak to him like that and the other just left mid order! When we ordered our food , she was rude & short, even took a phone call while literally making my sandwich lol , also the cherry on top was that my husband found a hair in his sandwich

    I order frequently from this location but will find a new one to visit because this location is way overpriced! I can get a sub for $5 less at another location. Also $5 for a Gatorade is ridiculous!
