  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at the Subway on Castroville Road at Las Palmas! Tomas and Jayla were absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made my visit really enjoyable and provided excellent customer service. Thank you both for being so wonderful! I’ll definitely be coming back! 🥰🥪 They definitely deserve a raise 👏 💰 🤑 💸 💲 🪙 💶 💰 🤑 💸 💲

  Zero customer service. No greeting. Hid in the back when she saw me walk in. Stood at the counter, glancing at me but looked away when I tried to make eye contact. Zero response from her. She continued side work by the fridge. I left. How rude

  I don’t not recommend going to any subway restaurants because they are all the same way and there food is not fresh and cooked properly and the employees are all mean and rude and disrespectful and not only that I went to this location at last pamas by heb and Castroville and They completely met my order up and charged me extra. When I pacifically said do you offer military discount and the workers said yes. And still decided to charge me extra and never acknowledged my service and said thank you so I will never be going back to any subways and I recommend other sandwich restaurants that are better

  06-05-26 , 8:37pm , and they refuse to make an Oder 4 me, first said it’s closing time, then I showed them google says they close in a whole hr, & they said it’s the toaster, mean while the big guy pulling a 6” out the toaster, plus the store dirty as hell, str8 LAZY

  One of the best subways in town . I've done a few online orders and my sandwich was made with love . I love this location
