  Says 24 hours but I’ve lived in the area about a month and so far I’ve come 3 different times and all the lights are off and I came in again tonight and the says they are not taking orders

  Drove across town and mind you I called before I drove And the girl I spoke.with said we are 24hs Walked in and both girls said we are closed What's the point of being 24hrs and your closing at 10:23 What a waste of time 10:25 9/21

  Since it’s challenging to get anyone on the phone at Subway and to avoid being treated poorly by Crystal. What’s really upsetting is how she treated my mom in person who drove to Subway to get the right order and of course how she didn’t want to listen to what I had to say on the phone. I hope the people who live around this area do not have to experience what we did. I also hope the store manager takes the time to train the staff in customer service and know how to handle the complaint when a customer orders through the Subway app, delivery service is door dash or Door Dash app. Don’t automatically blame the door dasher. Yes, I reported door dasher for delivering the wrong order to Door Dash.

  Horrible experience at this location. Crystal was extremely rude and took zero accountability for a mistake made. This isn't the first poor experience. The owner and manager at this location appear to not know how to run a business. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

  This lady whatever Her name is I don’t know because she’s not wearing a name tag She is The slowest sandwich maker in the world. She Looks visibly sick. It takes her 15 minutes to make one sandwich. I watched four people walk out in front of me. I would’ve left if I wasn’t starving. She also made my sandwich. Totally out of order. Put the mayonnaise and mustard on top of all of the Meat and everything else I really don’t think this is the job for her
