  Siempre vengo a comer aquí con mis amigos y me gusta, pero cuando venimos y está este señor en atención al cliente nunca nos atiende dice que no hay sistema o que simplemente no puede vender. Mal servidor

  I just did an online order and I was inside picking it up when an Asian lady in front of me was ordering food, she was having a hard time ordering and the staff was getting extremely impatient because she wasn’t able to communicate effectively what she wanted on her order. First and foremost we are paying customers and it’s the workers job to make the food as ordered and so if you can’t completely understand what the customer is saying I get the frustration but why does there have to be comments made out loud? I could her her saying Jesus take the wheel and so on as there is a line forming and there other other customers…. If you don’t like working with customers than find another job! She also said her boss was sitting inside as she was making the food and so that says a lot if she can’t control herself and make comments about the customers As I mentioned I did my order online so I could use my 30% off coupons! so I added extra veggies and as I’m walking out I hear the workers say that was a crazy order! And!! I don’t eat the bread because of my blood sugar!!! I only eat the inside so if I want extra veggies than that’s what I’m getting. These people have no business working with customers! Never again!!!

  When I order sandwich I always get extra pickles. They put a normal amount of pickles on both sandwiches so my daughter asked for more on the side. Later I was taking the rest of my sandwich home so I asked for more pickles. And the lady working said they dont give out extra pickles because we already had one. I told her I would pay for it then she put some pickles in the cup and kinda tossed them to me. She said the manager watches cameras and that they cant be doing that and that was the last time she would do it for us. We go to that Subway atleast once a week and never had this happened before so maybe it's a new policy which is fine then it should be posted. Also the attitude was more the problem than anything else. Maybe we need to fi d a new Subway now

  Walk in kind of sucks only haveing one employee working there kinda of not right the restroom was a mess the door to the back was kept open which highly creates a safety issue the cookies were alright kind of under cooked

  do not order through here late night!!! store says it's open 24/7 but really isn't has employees that DONT WANT TO work why get a job if ur not working ?i had ordered through doordash and my door dasher says he waited an HOUR and no one answered he finally came to the door stating "they are closed" and turned the lights off why have false advertisement saying you're open 24/7 if you're not ,and if you are this employee needs to be fired, because he isn't working!
