  When paying for my sandwich, I noticed an employee had cut his finger and was actively bleeding. The cashier did not take my sandwich back to have it remade, so I left with it and disposed of it myself. I will not be returning to this location. This was very concerning, especially because proper food safety and GMP procedures should have been followed immediately

  It saddens me to rate this so low as this restaurant has had high quality of food. However, the atmosphere was unhelpful uninviteful given the kiosks is the primary role. I have a 30-minute lunch break and I was what felt to be ignored. When questioned I was told I could order here or on the kiosk walked away. I attempted the kiosk and could not find options that I was looking for when I gave up on the kiosk and approached to reorder at the counter a gentleman that had just walked up was taken care of immediately. I believe Subway should secondary mobile orders and kiosks and returned to their customer service oriented which was a strength. Adapting to new times is understandable but I ultimately walked out hungry, not served and your toaster was unavailable.

  Roland gave a very pleasant experience here. Super polite, friendly, and efficient, I never have good experience at subway but this was a nice change of pace. Thank yall

  Serenity Johnson and Anita Jones were working last night. Those two young ladies were absolutely amazing. It is hard to find a subway with actual good workers. These two were so kind, funny and just fantastic.

  This marks the end of Subway dining for us. That kiosk feature is ridiculous and worse way to keep customer base. Everything about the order was wrong. Customers walked in without kiosk options were served first and prioritized. Where was that option when told must do kiosk? Oh and I guess wheat bread is now the new "white bread"? Instead of options of choice, I will just swing through Jimmy Johns for what I actually might pay for. Two ladies there have little to lack luster effort in cheery charm, but hey they can read...NOT! Toasted Displayed does not qualify so let's cheat the customer that is not waiting and watching. Yes, great move franchise options! Stay bold...we will be across the street.
