    By far the best Subway I've ever stepped foot into. The people that work here are incredible. They really go the extra mile. I haven't been in this one in about 3 years but then was no different even then it was the best Subway I ever stepped foot into. You guys are doing a wonderful job!

    I immediately went to the car to make this review after speaking with the manager. It had to be the person making my sub, first day smh. Not paying attention skimping on everything. I went to get a drink and as I’m filling the cup up with ice I notice black specks all over the ice. I dump it and get more just to see and there is bigger speck coming out. I let the manager know and she says yes they’re supposed to be working on it. Like why is there a sign that say not to use it. I believe it’s MOLD. This is the WORST subway I been to in any state. Very upset smh!

    Cashier #365 charged me a tip, even though i did not select a tip option. When i asked if she could refund me the tip, she said that only the manager could do so and the manager will not be here until tomorrow morning, so i would have to come back in the morning for the refund (i do not live in San Antonio so this is not possible for me to do, I was just passing through on this day). It is absolutely unacceptable to charge a customer a tip without the customer’s knowledge or consent. I hope management corrects this behavior. Absolutely disgusting

    The older lady that made my sandwich was so rude she threw my sandwich on the counter and then threw my receipt on top of it and said here you I understand having a bad day but that doesn’t mean to treat customers rudely

    Pretty standard, but could use improvement. The vegetables were dried out, the avocado was starting to brown, and the wall of one booth could use a cleaning. Other than that, it seems fine
