  We came in about 30 minutes before closing, which I usually try not to do, but Angel made the experience very pleasant. He provided great customer service and was friendly, welcoming, and had a great attitude. We really appreciated it! If we’re going to Subway, we’ll definitely make sure it’s this location.

  1 person (a young kid) running the whole place. Its a friday night and you have a kid running the whole store? I placed a order for pick up at 720 and was still waiting for it to be done at 750. I watched him mess up multiple times on the sandwiches but didnt have to heart to tell him. Sandwiches missing cheese, missing salami, drowned one in black olives (it was mine, I hate black olives). But to be fair it wasnt you young man, in fact good on you of handling the pressure. But come on management, get your stuff together and do better. Not coming back to this subway.

  ADRIANA AT THE STORE LOCATED ON BANDERA AND 410 WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND ACTUALLY WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE. OUT OF THE 5 STORES I CALLED SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT HELPED ME. KUDOS TO HER.... GIVE HER A RAISE.

  By far the best Subway I've ever stepped foot into. The people that work here are incredible. They really go the extra mile. I haven't been in this one in about 3 years but then was no different even then it was the best Subway I ever stepped foot into. You guys are doing a wonderful job!
