    My daughter had stopped here to order the family some dinner, first she gets there and its already a horrible start because she tries asking for the herb bread but the employee says they dont make that type of bread the only thing thwy have is the white breadso she gets the white bread because she doesn't wanna argue,then she tries telling him what she wants on each sandwich and hes making them wrong putting wrong vegetables, meat sauces he toasted all of them when she only asked for one to be toasted but he didnt acknowledge she existed so she just paid and left and called me cause she was upset the employee was being a jerk and said he made the sandwiches wrong even though she tried many times to tell him and he ignored her. I tell her to take them back in there and politely ask for him to make it the right way because your paying for it and its his job to make it how she asked, so her boyfriend ends up taking them inside and ask him to remake them and he says no they cant do that when he informs the employee that she had asked and told him many times the first time to do it correctly he chose to dismiss her. While in this conversation the other employee comes in and says that she'll remake them and she does politely and she apologies for his behavior (which was obviously unnecessary but appreciated because its not her fault) While their sitting and waiting for their food to be corrected another customer was in their waiting as well because the employee had done the same to her and she was also upset because he wasn't listening to her and was being a jerk too. Well when she gets home shes upset and is apologizing for some reason and I tried explaining its not her fault he was rude. I proceeded to take her dad's sandwich out and I notice its light really light and I open to find the employee had not even tried to make it right because it was supposed to be the Chipotle Philly sandwich, well this wasn't anything but meat and every green pepper in the existence of time he didnt add cheese or sauce or the other vegetables she asked for nothing absolutely nothing and its not even toasted like she asked. She apologizing again and says she thought he did that one right but that maybe she didnt pay all the attention because she was already flustered by his behavior that she didnt pay as much attention and again I remind her its not her fault because its not her job to walk him through his job, I end up making the sandwich the best I could so it wasn't just meat and all the green peppers in the land of time. I tried to contact customer service however it doesn't exist because they have some chat situation to " help " customers and its honestly a crock it just takes you around in circles and does nothing. I also tried to email subway and that was also met with silence, its been 2 weeks now and crickets. Subways been going down hill for a while 1 because the food ia getting worse but some how more expensive and 2 they refuse to hire enough employees to properly serve the community and 3 the employees they do hire have no idea whats going on nor do they care because its subway and subways a joke now. So if you go to this subway beware you could be met with deaf ears and a lack of motivation to have decent customer service.

    First negative Subway experience I’ve had. Placed an order through DoorDash and received totally different sandwiches. Footlong instead of 6” (which okay maybe shouldn’t complain about that) but missing veggies and not toasted? Second sandwich was missing added/extra charged-protein and also not toasted. Called the store to ask what’s going on and “Leo” said to call DoorDash to get refunded. Okay? But DoorDash didn’t mess up my order or delivery, the store did. Worker blamed DoorDash wait times for issues with food, which doesn’t make sense at all, saying our order had “been there a minute”. As a food worker I geeeet it, but I’d never blame another service for a mistake I or my team made.

    Lady was extremely rude when I ordered. I tried to be as kind as possible but her blank annoyed stare made more more upset when asking for condiments. It looked like she may be working alone, oh well. Suck it up and get it done.

    It's an online ordering only, it's not open 24 hrs if you drop in. Employee didn't tell me at what time they start online only service. I guess drop in and find out. Maybe its under new management or doesn't care enough to inform their dine in customers. Wasted my time driving there.

    This Subway also rocks apart from the McCullough branch. My great experience was previously with destiny I think but this particular one was with Anthony. I took advantage of the $6.99 footlong all Memorial weekend till June 2nd. I had provolone cheese OVER tuna this time, lots of red onions, green pepper, and lots of mayo - all triple toasted about a minute. Then except for pickles and their two regular peppers I let Anthony fill up my toppings with all other veggies (no crunchies and avocado), then lots of garlic aoli sauce, onion terriyaki sauce, lots more mayo plus a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. It was a masterpiece. Ambience is great at this clean and peaceful Subway.
