  It is impossible to get a hold of this agent. You call the number and get routed to someone taking calls for Allstate in their house who knows where.

  Highly recommend asking for Lupe. She is not only bilingual (Spanish and English) she’s extremely informative in helping you make the right choice. I have followed her for years as she is one of the very few in the industry who picks up when i call. (You’re in great hands) . I remember having an issue with a vehicle purchase and she not only answered my call (passed work hours) but helped work with the company (where i was purchasing vehicle) to understand that i was insured . She’s a great attribute to any team . As previously mentions she is not only knowledgeable in what she is doing , she explains with patience until her clients fully comprehend. Is honest and passionate . Core values as clients that we appreciate. Thank-You.

  I was able to switch and save, thanks to Lupe! There were a few other quotes I received from other companies that may have been able to save me a few more dollars but the service here far exceeded anything I received anywhere else. I’m excited to be a part of the Allstate family where I know I’ll be taken care of for both my home and auto needs.
