  I called Allstate because I was concerned about my policy and the amount I was paying monthly. I found out that I didn’t have the coverage I wanted and needed. I spoke to Jessica Uresti and she explain my home and auto insurance and explained how I could save money on my policy. Jessica is very knowledgeable and explained to both my husband and I in a way that we understood. She was very understanding and courteous and I would recommend that you would ask and speak to her of any issues you have. Thank you Jessica for being kind and helping us on our call today.
