  I was a customer of Maria Jackson's agency for over 8 years before deciding to switch to a more competitively priced provider. I followed the proper cancellation process and secured my new policy accordingly. Despite this, I was charged for continuation of my policy after cancellation. I was never issued a bill or given the opportunity to address the charge — my account was sent directly to collections. I have been in contact with Maria and have documentation confirming my cancellation was handled correctly, yet the matter remains unresolved. I have since been contacted by a collection agency on Allstate's behalf. After 8 years as a loyal customer, this experience has been deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this agency.

  Maria was awesome from quote to start of the policy. She answered all questions and helped us save on both policies. I’m soo glad to have her as our agent.

  I've been with Allstate for over 10 years with my family's policy, I recently left my family's policy and I got my own quote. I really enjoy Allstate, but I'm considering looking for a different insurance company, although Allstate is the best (my opinion) I'm sadly not loving the prices. It's gone up so high. I can't afford it. I'm having to choose groceries or insurance, everything has gone up buy my pay. Good bye Allstate 👋 😪
