  I was a customer of Maria Jackson's agency for over 8 years before deciding to switch to a more competitively priced provider. I followed the proper cancellation process and secured my new policy accordingly. Despite this, I was charged for continuation of my policy after cancellation. I was never issued a bill or given the opportunity to address the charge — my account was sent directly to collections. I have been in contact with Maria and have documentation confirming my cancellation was handled correctly, yet the matter remains unresolved. I have since been contacted by a collection agency on Allstate's behalf. After 8 years as a loyal customer, this experience has been deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this agency.

  Diane at Allstate made the policy purchasing the easiest thing ever. 10 out of 10 recommend working with this insurance team to take care of your needs. If it be personal or business they will do their best to take care of you!
