  Veronica patiently took the time to listen to my concerns, then in a very friendly and pleasant manner replied to me and addressed all of my concerns while helping me to review my auto policy with her. Veronica is a fantastic asset to the Fernández Allstate Insurance Agency, in my opinion and perspective! Please take the time to call Fernando and speak with him directly, or any of his quite friendly and helpful agents that all tend to be customer service oriented. They will take the time to research all possible discounts and apply them to a detailed quote, whether for auto or home, or other policies that they offer: For example, Robert helped me with the details I needed about my homeowners policy with a completely different agency that was recommended to me. Robert then ran a quote for my home, and saved me about $200 a year over the other large agency! On top of this, he offered the one pay savings plan to me that saved me almost another $200! This was more than I expected. Returning to the beginning, and in closing, talking to Veronica seemed more like talking to a knowledgeable friend, than a licensed insurance business professional, which Fernando, Robert and Veronica all are with their many credentials. Do yourself a favor and call the Fernández Allstate Agency!

  Fernando Fernandez at Allstate provides great service—professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I have been in communication with different staff members, and they always take the time to help and explain things clearly. I’m still their customer and highly recommend them!
