Delayed my package for my engagement ring constantly with no reason or update, then lied to me multiple times over customer service about when and how I could pick it up, their hours of operation, and pretty much anything else I asked then they just fed me lies and platitudes. Twice now because of them my engagement has been ruined and money wasted. Never will use fedex again if I can help it has been nothing but a nightmare and problems. Whats the point if paying for expedited shipping when it then takes over a week to arrive?!! I'll be back on Tuesday to get my ring and it better be available!!!
Will not accept lithium battery shipments although other stores and the 1-800 number state that they should. Probably a mix-up at corporate, but the employee said "people come here all the time from other stores and we tell them we can't take them". So... why not get corporate on the line and straighten it out? Asked to see a manager and about 15 minutes later another gentleman came out and was very helpful, but the manager was too busy to see me at that time.
It wasn't entirely the FedEx truck driver's fault - I guess. Our package wasn't delivered and we had to drive many miles in traffic to the FedEx office to get it. If there's a gate code PUT IT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND BE SURE TO WEITE THE RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER AS WELL.
Very helpful staff! Dropped off a huge return box with no problems at all! I was concerned about the box coming apart & the worker allowed me to put extra tape on the handles used to separate the box halves. When a guy in line needed a different box for shipping, a person in line pointed him to The Container Store. Seems like even the customers are helpful!! :)
