  Great experience. Easily accessible. Reserved parking spaces. No wait when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered my question about tracking my package clearly. $40+ for overnight of some papers in an envelope is a bit crazy, but the two-day rate of $11.90 was reasonable.

  Came for a passport picture. She told me to stand at wall and didt even tell me when she was snapping picture. I asked to see it and since i wasnt ready. Lo and behold bad picture. I asked to retake it she said she could do it one more time in a way that let me know she would rather never take a passport picture. As we were walking out she yelled its not a photoshot. I didt ask for a photoshoot, i am paying to at least know when she was taking the picture. So rude. Im sorry people who hate working here have no other options but to give bad service and lack common decency of “ok ready”
