Not sure what the poor reviews are all about. The one associate working on Saturdays was very helpful in assisting me with a batch of business cards. I was able to pick up my order same day.

Just had the most frustrating interaction at this store. I shouldn’t have to call another location to get my needs met because your employee has over complicated things in their own head. Definitely a lack of good communication and customer service.

I had aan amazon return..dripped it off with original box how amazon shipped me out do they didnt accept the original box ..put the item in the another box and charged 24$ just for a stupid box...they sold me a cartoon box otherwise were not gonna accept the return...this place doesnt have a professional service..be aware when you go there they always try to charge extra for any kind of small matters

I came in to ship a package…
1. I was severely over charged. I went along with it(that’s one me for not questioning).
2. They put MY shipping label on the WRONG package. I found out when the receiver reached out to me about receiving the wrong item. I came into the store to get this resolved and the lady immediately shut me down and said I need to call customer service. I called them and could only deal with AI. I entered a claim/case and was told I’d hear from someone in 24-48 hours. I called back several times and finally spoke to someone. Again…no help at all and he could not understand my scenario. Now I have to wait for a representative to call me back and I’m sure I will have no answer.
Something that was supposed to be so easy and bring me a lot of joy in the future is now probably gone forever.
I will never use this store again, much less FedEx as a whole.
