  Krystal is the best!! This location did several prints for our recent convention and they came out GREAT! Staff actually cared about how the product was going to turn out, called me to flag something after printing one, and helped me troubleshoot until it printed to the standard we needed. Absolutely fantastic customer service and quick turn around. Thank you to the entire FedEx team at store 1961!! Highly recommend!!

  Just had the most frustrating interaction at this store. I shouldn’t have to call another location to get my needs met because your employee has over complicated things in their own head. Definitely a lack of good communication and customer service.
