  I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. I went in seeking assistance with flyers and was trying to explain what I wanted to accomplish, including adding my flyers online. Before I could finish explaining, the gentleman immediately cut me off and said, "Oh yeah, online is the best way to get your flyers," and essentially brushed me off. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for personalized assistance or professional customer service. A little patience and willingness to listen would have made a significant difference.

  Staff was not at all helpful. I called ahead of time to get directions and email to send a file to print. I asked the young lady if she would stay open just two minutes later and she said yes and then intentionally closed the door and told her coworker that she lied to us on purpose, very immature.

  I had a passport photo taken yesterday for my daughter’s passport application. $30 later and they are not compliant for the passport. I’m extremely annoyed by this as well as being $30 out of pocket for nothing.
