  I would strongly caution anyone using this FedEx location to watch your debit/credit card closely after your visit. Shortly after using my debit card at this store, my card information was compromised and there were attempts to make unauthorized purchases. While I cannot say with certainty how the information was obtained, the timing and circumstances were concerning enough that I felt it was important to warn others. I have canceled the card, disputed the attempted transactions, and am addressing the issue through the appropriate channels. Needless to say, getting a package shipped should not come with the complimentary bonus of replacing your debit card.

  This is actually my first negative review. I usually leave positive reviews, and I try to be a fair person when I share feedback. That said, I would not recommend this FedEx Office location. In my experience, this location has refused FedEx packages that were rerouted there, which has been very frustrating. I have also gone here before to have items packaged and shipped, and the customer service was disappointing. One employee in particular, who reminded me of Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys because of his magnified eyewear, had a very poor attitude and was not helpful. I would recommend using the FedEx Office at Huebner Oaks Center instead, or even the UPS Store in Leon Springs. There is also another FedEx location just down the road near Huebner that I would suggest over this one.
