  Sanaz is the best, other staff member forgot to make my order, driver drove for 3 hours and at closing time without turning him back, she took care of us, review doesn't mean anything, but we appreciate her help, thank you so much, Fedex never dissapoints

  I’ve only ever written 3 other google reviews in my life regardless if my experience somewhere is good or bad, but the interaction I had with one of the staff members at this location the other day is worth saying something. I came in to print a label last week and then asked for one simple thing and the staff member I asked was just rude and standoffish. It seemed like perhaps she was a manager, as she had on a baby blue long sleeve shirt instead of the usual polo FedEx shirts I’ve seen workers wear. I came in and paid to have a label printed and then asked if I could please have one of those adhesive label pouches so I could stick the label onto my box. She proceeded to ignore my request and instead pointed at the tape gun on the counter and said “you can tape it on”. Ew.. as if taking 2 seconds to walk over to hand me one was going to break her back or the cost of the pouch was going to be deducted from her paycheck or something lmao. I attempted to tape it down as she instructed me to, but the tape was all gunky and it was getting frustrating to handle. I ended up leaving and drove to another location where a worker happily gave me a stack of them without problem or worry. The lady at this San Pedro location needs to work on her attitude and be a little more helpful. Not sure if she assumed I wanted the pouch for free, even though they usually are for customers, but I would of happily paid for it if she informed me I needed to. Never going back to this location for any sort of shipping services. [Gave a extra star for the guy that was at the counter when I first got there who showed me how to print the label myself so I’d pay 23 cents vs $3 if they did it for me]

  Excellent location! It’s very convenient to have this spot nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. Highly recommended for a stress-free experience.
