Honestly, don’t even bother with this location. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing and was treated poorly by the employee assisting me, Diana. From the start, it was clear she was upset that I was her last customer. She said she was going to turn off the lights because I was the last client, which I tried to brush off and ignore. I understand being close to closing time, but if she didn’t want to help me, she could have simply said so instead of wasting both of our time.
As she entered my information, she appeared to be having computer issues and became visibly frustrated, slamming the mouse on the counter and re-entering the information. When there was an issue with the zip code, I offered to quickly call my cousin to confirm it. She immediately responded with an attitude and said no, that she was not going to wait for me to get the information.
At that point, I felt unwelcome and disrespected, so I took my box and left. No one wants to walk into a store and feel like they are an inconvenience or that the employee has no empathy or desire to help.
I want to add that I’ve been to other FedEx locations many times, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. This was not up to the standard I expect from FedEx.
