  Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely know where to go next time my printing needs come up.. The ability to print out a PDF is pretty straightforward. You just download your PDF and send it as an email to the email they provide. Then it gives you a code. After that on the printer machine. You can select your file and print it pretty smooth and straight forward

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with FedEx! Stephen and Ethan were both extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They made the entire process quick and easy and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s always refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about helping their customers. Thank you, Stephen and Ethan, for going above and beyond. You both represent FedEx very well. Highly recommend!

  I believe the name of the day manager is Stephen and he is a very hard working man got several customers help and we were in and out of there. Place is clean and organized. I had to return an item than I ordered wrong and I had no problem. Thank you. 😊

  I came to drop off a package and waited in line for a long time. When it was finally my turn and I approached the counter, the clerk called on the two people behind me instead and left me standing there. When I complained, she gave me an unacceptable excuse—claiming they were there to do other things—even though they were dropping off packages just like I was. The service was racist because I am Hispanic and the others were white.
