  I worked with Rene Vela recently at Ericka Barrera insurance and had a comprehensive interview discussing what would be best in terms of coverage and rates. He was very patient and thorough and we ended up with a very good rate that saved us a lot of money moving forward.

  Contacted Erika's office today to see if we could get a lower rate as our homeowner insurance was jumping over $600 per year. We reached Edgar and he only wanted to discuss bundling. I told him we werw not interested in bundling, we just want a better rate on our existing policy. He mentioned early in the call that we could play with deductible, but once we said we weren't bundling, he just declared there was nothing else to talk about. I can only assume this office would rather lose business than negotiate better rates. We will be leaving Erika's Allstate. If you do go with them, expect large rate increases each year, even if you've never filed a claim in over 20 years.

  I called Allstate and talked to an agent by the name of John, I had questions about my auto plan. John was very courteous and took time to look over my account and found some great savings for me. I appreciated his time and friendly customer service. Thanks Caren Clay

  They r a scam, not honest. Be careful if u r shopping for home owners insurance. They will send u a cheap quote via mail to make u call them. When u call they will quote u more than $5K over the quote they sent u. Don’t waist ur time and energy. If u receive any junk mail from them just throw it away. I was quoted $1349 a year and when I called they told me almost $6K
