  I have had insurance with this company for three years now I recently found a better rate because they kept going up on their prices for unexplained reasons. I called to cancel in May and At that time, I asked him if there were any unpaid remaining balances due I would like to get everything settled during that phone call. They told me no everything was paid and taken care of. Fast-forward to today, July 27th I get a TEXT FROM COLLECTIONS saying that I have a $44 balance Past due. I never once received this bill in my mail email or text like I have been receiving my bills for the last three years... I called and asked, and they said that it was mailed out which I'm not sure why because I signed up for paperless statements all My bills should have been sent to via email or text message like it has been for the past 3 years. I don't know why all of a sudden they decided to send this last $44 remaining balance through the mail instead of electronically like I Signed up for?? I call and they really have no true explanation. They again tell me that once I pay the $44 everything will be cleared up just like they told me last time so hopefully this is the end of it and it doesn't happen again, but who knows at this point? I had a rep that I was able to talk to whenever I was a paying member but as soon as I try to cancel, she ghost me and I can't get a response from her. I have to go through there customer service line, which is One phone number to cover the whole nation can't speak to someone directly from the office. Finally got a hold of someone today and the explanation was terrible!! Do not recommend this company as I mentioned the prices just kept going up and up with no explanation when I call and ask why they want to just try to up my deductible or lower my coverage to get my rate back down to where it was. I recently switched to GEICO and have had a much more pleasant experience
