  Shady they don't give me simcard, overcharging customers and rude. THE GUY NEXT DOOR FROM TOTAL WIRELESS HELPED ME WHERE THEY SHOULD BE HELPING ME POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

  came in because my phone broke and the store manager Cher was able to help me get into a new phone and transfer all my contacts. store was very clean and the store manager was very knowledgeable about my new samsung phone.

  was having issues with my gmail, came inside and the manager Cher helped me fix the problem, she was very nice and helpful. I will be coming back to this store for all my business needs.

  Cher was great, was about to walk in and she was cleaning counters and phones, store is very clean and organized and with everything going on right now this young lady was doing her part to keep her customers safe. She was also very helpful with helping me out with my phone. I will be coming back to this store. Overall store was very clean and service was a 5 star. will recommend this store to my friends and family.
