  Luis was extremely helpful. I needed to get a phone today and he confirmed I was eligible for an upgrade, which was wonderful to hear. Luis had me in and out of the store with a brand new phone in less than 30 minutes. I have been a cricket customer for several years and it's people like Luis who keep me a customer.
