Carmen is a person that goes way out of her way and beyond to satisfy her customers .I have never in my life had someone like her to help me like she did. She deserves everything she works for.

Luis was extremely helpful. I needed to get a phone today and he confirmed I was eligible for an upgrade, which was wonderful to hear. Luis had me in and out of the store with a brand new phone in less than 30 minutes. I have been a cricket customer for several years and it's people like Luis who keep me a customer. I will definitely continue to recommend Cricket to friends and family. Thank you for remarkable customer service!
