Heads up y'all. If you're having connectivity issues and you think it may be the sim, ask them to run a test on it before they try and sell you a new sim. They'll not refund for sim cards you didn't actually need. This happened to me yesterday. I went into the store after I called customer care. At the advice of the call center representative I went in and explained what was happening. The employee that helped me offered me a new sim and I agreed because I assumed they knew what they were doing after I explained my issue. Long story short, my original sim wasn't the issue. They told me the phone model was the issue after they already charged me for a sim. They would not refund even though it was their mistake. I had to contact support again and they credited my account for the store's mistake. Also, the phone just needed the network reset. If you go in with a Samsung A32 5G with sim connectivity issues, reset the network settings! The phone hasn't lost service since.

Wow ! What great customer service from all employees. Shoutout to Kayla , Lalo, and Roberto . We had some bumps on down the road, but all the employees work together to get a resolved and fast. The store was very neat and clean. Just very satisfied. Thank you so much for making my experience great definitely will be recommending this store.
