  I went in the store the other day and Gen gave us the wrong info on phone delivery she told us that it was going to be delivered the next day giving us the wrong day they should be telling us the right info

  I am outside this store in the parking lot. It is 6pm on Friday June 12 and the store is closed! The sign says open Monday- Saturday 10am - 7pm. There is another sign (hand typed) that reads: "We will be closed Friday 6/12 all morning and will open around 1pm". Still, they SHOULD be open until 7pm. Who runs their business like that?! And how do they STAY in business?! I decided to sit outside in my car until 6;30pm but nobody showed up! Who would even want to do business with someone like that?! Not me!

  We had a tough time getting things sorted out but Gen helped us get through our porting (number transfer) and did everything she could to get things sorted out. We're very happy with her determination to help us out.
