  This lady told my son he couldn’t get a SIM card for his new phone because the new phone is only eSIM. After I called another store and asked if I could get a SIM card for the model my son got she said it can be done for an extra $10 and when I told her about it she said oh well you can get a SIM but it will cost an additional $10. Worst customer service and to think, I was going to switch all 4 lines to Cricket. Not now, not with her. We ended up returning the phone right after he bought it but she didn’t informed up the printer wasn’t working and was not going to provide a receipt. We waited until she other lady provided a printer receipt from the back. The lady on the picture told us to get out or she would call the cops and that her manager said we were not allowed at the store.
