Huge shout out to Barbara at cricket on Austin highway! She delivered the kind of customer service you do not see much anymore. She listened, answered every question, and walked me through all my choices without pressure or frustration. You can tell she actually cares about helping people. I left the store smiling, and honestly that hasn't happened in a long time. Cricket is lucky to have her!

TERRIBLE! I have been a loyal cricket member for many years and never in all the years I've been with them have I been price gouge like this. Bianca oh Blanca whatever he name was over charged me. I went in there February 25th to CHANGE my number and get a new phone. I thought it was simple and easy but it wasn't. It was complicated she told me I needed to open up a WHOLE new phone plan and proceeded to do it and charged the phone, and activation fee. ON TOP OF ANOTHER PHONE SERVICE FEE. I already paid my phone bill but I essentially paid for another one. Which really made me mad and it's not only that but she didn't even cancel the number I wanted to change! And so I went back to her and so she did end up canceling my phone (The one I wanted to change) but with an attitude. And then she told me "There now you have a credit of 100 something" I asked to make sure I'm still paying the amount I've been paying for years and she said "Yes" Yet I just got my phone bill and it's almost 40 dollars more than what I wanted to pay. Apparently I can't go to another cricket to get this fix so I want someone higher to help me. Thank you
My My wife came into this location off the highway today. Ask you to Adeline to account with the free phone. The cashier went ahead and charged us for a case, a screen protector and a $10 phone which we didn't Want. So my wife told the cashier to be fun for the case.And the screen protector she said that she needed a management approval, making my wife wait over an hour for approval for a refund on the screen protector and a phone case.And s As a cashier is eaten behind the counter right now.In the back ignoring my wife about it, I will never come back here.I'm switching the total wireless.This place is a scam
they really have cases over charged and the bluetooth speakers are so over priced its a shame.
