  Oh my goodness this is the place to Go ! Specifically for Lupe she is absolutely fantastic she is the manager and she was extremely helpful and just all around amazing and knows her stuff !! I hate going into a cricket store and they don’t know what they are talking about but she knew her stuff I was extremely satisfied !!!

  Lupe was great and helped us so much! She transferred service to my new phone quickly and put my screen protector on. She was really nice too.

  This store sold us a defective phone 3 weeks ago and the manager refused to take responsibility and told me to kick rocks. I will be going to another store to disconnect and reconnect my services just so this store doesn't make any more money from me.

  Been to this location 2x and I’ve never been helped 1st time - The person behind the counter was incompetent when assisting customer before me…. I waited for 30min - left without service 2nd time - early morning 10:30am Same Person behind the counter conducting personal business- waited 30min - never acknowledged me , left without service
