  Gabriella has horrible work ethics and very shameful mannerism foul language to me giving Cricket communication a thug hoodlum image.she was using foul language and yelling and kick me out of store because I asked if speak to the manager and she said I'll call that mother f****** myself but didn't. That bluffing no customer service at all and the only reason why I gave you one star is because it doesn't give you a choice of no stars. I have been going to this Cricket for 3 years, I have never been disrespected or felt this disvalued as a customer ever before in my life like I have today. with the assistance of Gabriella she is too young and too weak minded towards to hold her emotions. she never wants to work this is the second time in consistently month after month. first first experience with Gabriella is the time she handed me a SIM card and told me to activate it myself and call customer service. today i went to restore phone number to a phone that was lost. MIND you I have two phones on my account I asked her if she can activate the lost phone AND she just activated my phone THAT WAS NOT LOST. tryied to explain to her what she had done, She looked at me as if I was mentally disabled and made me feel like I was very low and made me fell dumb saying, pay 10$ for a new sim card.as a customer i am displeased. Shorty manager of the store I'm talking to you if you continue to have this email working there I can guarantee you your cells or drop and your customers will drop and your reviews will drop. I have no rudeness or no high tone or no smart alec remarks and she said "you are confusing me" ibtold her you confuse yourself that SugarHoneyIceTea hit the fan. El Nene Lee try to flip the script and said I was the one being rude and if I was going to make smart alec remarks that I can leave the store I apologize and I told her continue and I asked if I can have the number to the manager that I was just discuss it with him I took the time which was 1:07 p.m. on Wednesday February 28th I asked for managers phone number. She said I will call that mf4u she started cursing using very foul language and even went as far as raising her voice she asked me to leave the store and I will never go back to the store you lost a good customer all that money went to you and I even bought accessories cuz I constantly lose my phone you can check my phone records. So that is qhat brings me here today. Check my Google statuses reviews you can see I am very fair and I have never really wrote a bad review so it must be very horrible service for me to leave a review it's a good thing I'm a pacifist and not a passA👊 in her face🐩 ~fool me once shame on you twice me
