  I just typed a whole paragraph about how I was burned for money for service I already had and didn't need. I was charged 45$ thinking it was to switch numbers to another phone since my phone was stolen and they never did that because they couldn't. Why charge me then? When I asked for the money back the manager refused. Then when I tried speaking to customer service it was a joke there too. They either hung up on me or transfered me to make a complaint in Spanish. Idk where the h they got Spanish from but I never asked or even spoke in Spanish. An hour spent there trying to talk to someone and getting burned for money like if they need the 45$ more than I do. That's bullshit that they did and never let me speak to anybody above when I asked.

  I just switched from MetroPcs to cricket and was helped at this store by Anthony......let me just say he has amazing customer service I also liked that he would try his hardest to speak Spanish to my boyfriend cause a lot of other stores and companies don’t even try to help when they don’t speak Spanish I am going to start going to this store even tho it’s on the other side of town for me but the customer service I got is well worth it 👏🏻
