  They locked me outside in the cold for about 20mins when i came to buy a phone..and when they came to the door she said im sorry i was using the restroom amd forgot to unlock the door.. And when she unlocked the door the music was so loud like she was having her own party.. An after leaving didn't ask to help set up the phone nothing she was quick to make me leave
