  The guy Raymond at the store covered in tattoos and piercings would not activate my phone. He told me that I had to buy one from the store and he said my phone wouldn't be able to use this sim. By the way my phone is a blue VEVO 5 and it is able to be activated by Cricket. He was also too lazy to use the sim key and used a paper clip and scratched my phone up and told me to use my earring to open the SIM card slot, after refusing to use my earring he finally got the key and opened it, he did not want to get the key because it was in the back of the store, he also wouldn't let us get the $40 plan he wanted us to get the $50 to $60 plan, and now my phone is still not activated and I need this phone for work. If you want disrespect and bad customer service go over there to get a phone.
